Exports from Spain increase growth

Exports from Spain grew by 1.5% in the fourth quarter of 2019, and was the only component of GDP to accelerate.

Imports fell by 1.2%, having risen by 1.8% in the previous quarter. Net exports contributed strongly to growth.
