The Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Minister of Indonesia said that the spread of coronavirus from China is a concern. To minimize virus transmission, the ministry has decided to restrict the import of fishery products from China.

“We are temporarily limiting the import. There is no problem so far.”

The import restriction is only valid for live fish from China.
