Covid-19

The key to continuing business in this Covid-19 situation is flexibility, and we can offer this on the strength of our pre-crisis preparations.

Before the strict movement restrictions were in place, we ensured that every member of staff would be able to work from home with the same functionality as at the office.

Staff are all connected via our Virtual Private Network to our paperless integrated business systems.

Our corporate email and telephone network are hosted in the Cloud and can be accessed from any location and multiple devices.

Everyone at RW Freight communicates with each other just as if they were in the office, and customers can contact us in the normal way and receive the same level of personal service.

Naturally there have been and will be disruption to the physical movement of goods, as different countries have different restrictions required to limit the spread of the virus.

It would be unrealistic to promise that there will be no delays or difficulties, but RW Freight has been adapting to changing business environments since 1971, and our flexibility enables us to offer our customers a great service whatever the challenges may be.

We are a financially sound organisation, our staff continue to be employed full time and remain at your service.
