Overall response time is good, communications are very good and freight service level is good.

I recieved very good treatment from R.W freight, all staff that I dealt with are really good, I was going through a very difficult time importing a full container from the U.S as it was my first time shipping it was all new to me and with your knowledge you guided me through the process, I was unprepared and didn't realise the complexity of the process which was simplified by your great guidance and you guys dealt with me very well.
