The Chinese government said in a press conference that export growth  showed recovery during the first ten days of May, but the country is still facing difficult trading conditions.

Chinese exports grew 27.3 percent and imports rose 28 percent in the first 10 days of May compared with the same period of last year.

The European Union is  China’s largest export customer, and is currently struggling to contain contagion risks from the Greek debt crisis.
