The world’s most famous Christmas tree was exported from Norway via Immingham to London. Shipping free of charge on DFDS, the tree arrived on Saturday 30 November and is on forwarded by lorry. It is decorated in traditional Norwegian style, the tree being an annual thank you from the people of Oslo for the people of London as a mark of thanks for Britain’s support during the Second World War.
