Russia may allow some duty-free imports

Ministries in Russia are discussing the possibility of introducing duty-free imports of pork and beef.

Frozen beef imports may be free of duty; the maximum quantity allowed under the scheme would be 200 thousand tons in 2022, and no more than 100 thousand tons of frozen pork from January to June 31 next year.
