A new document outlining the principles of toiletry imports removes current regulations which require importers to receive advance import permits from the Health Ministry.
Parallel importers will now not need to present documents showing their full supply chain, from production to the importer’s purchasing.
Supplies of imports will not be limited to countries appearing on a white list.
