Although the situation is returning to normal in Europe, in Finland they are expecting that the threat from the ash cloud may get worse this week.  The international hub at Helsinki, Vantaa, was closed on Wednesday and remains closed.  Turku and Lappeenranta were closed on Wednesday, and Turku opened again briefly until 9:00 a.m. today.  Helsinki airport may open later this afternoon, and airspace over Finland remains available for over-flying.
