The Freight Transport Association has decided to develop its own emission reduction strategy. This follows what the FTA considers to be the failure of the Copenhagen talks. Many of the association’s most prominent members – who between them operate more than 23 000 vehicles – have signed up to the Logistics Carbon Reduction Scheme. The plan is to Record, Report and Reduce freight transport emissions.
