Last week week the Freight Transport Association announced the Everywoman Transport & Logistics Awards. The awards aim to celebrate the successes of the most inspirational women in transport and logistics.
In recent years cooperation between Everywoman and the FTA has steadily increased. The women’s group has been included in the FTA Transport and Logistics Leadership Academy. A programme called the FTA Everywoman Accelerate Programme, is designed to encourage a higher level of female participation in the freight and logistics field.
