Last month, seafood exports from Norway were up in value by 32 per cent, compared with last year.  This represented the highest-ever value of Norwegian seafood exports for one month.  The increase is largely due to sales of salmon for the aquaculture industry, and exports of mackerel to Asia.  The biggest imports of salmon were from France, Poland and Russia.
