Exports from Egypt of “glass and its products” to the United States during the first 8 months of 2020 increased by 111.6 percent.
This amounted to 17 percent of the sector’s total exports, the Egyptian Export Council for Building Materials, Refractories and Metal Industries said.
Exports of glass and manufactures to the United States during (January-August) amounted to about $34.5 million, compared with $16.3 million during the same period of 2019.
