The annual Rail Freight conference will be held in London on July 7th.  With a new government in place, industry members will be keen to discuss how this might affect them, and how they can persuade that rail freight and its future needs are given high priority.  The conference will cover many topics, including the Planning Act as it affects new freight terminals, liberalisation of the European rail freight market, and the impact on rail freight of more shipping feeder services.
