The European Commission has issued a Statement of Objections to several leading air freight companies which have been accused of price-fixing. The Statement covers four infringements in the provision of freight forwarding services; from the UK to countries outside the European Economic Area, from the EEA to the USA, from China to the EEA and from South China/Hong Kong to the EEA. The document formally inform parties involved in anti-trust actions of the objections raised against them.
