Satistics from the Danske Bank’s European Freight Forwarding Index suggest that volumes will decline again at the beginning of 2010; the 160 freight forwarders who contribute to the index are overall more negative about the future than they were, but general expectations are for a fairly brief decline with the overall trend improving.
