The organisation Stop the Rail Freight Exchange (STRIFE) is appealing for £30 000 to enable them to employ a barrister to put their case at a Public Enquiry.  Developers have proposed building an international rail freight depot at Radlett, which is only two miles from the historic town of St Albans, in a pocket of countryside surrounded by small villages.  The Public Meeting will take place on 24 November.
