A report which measures the positive sentiment in the freight forwarding industry shows that forwarders are now expecting freight volumes to increase during the next two months.  This is due to a number of factors; more enquiries from their customers, an improvement in forward bookings and more positive customer feedback.  The news is not all good however – margins are still tightening in both air and sea freight sectors.
