A journal has reported a significant rise in South African agricultural exports during the first quarter of the year. Exports climbed by 10% to reach $3.36 billion, compared to the same period last year. This growth has been attributed to enhanced port performance and a notable increase in shipments to the United States.

The surge in exports showcases the resilience and potential of South Africa’s agricultural sector, despite the challenges posed by the global pandemic.
