The electricity grid operator of Finland, Fingrid, has reduced its electricity imports from Russia to try and secure Finland’s power system.
The decided to do this after an assessment of the risks to the country’s power system because of the changing international situation caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
There are not expected to be any changes to power exports to Russia.
