Beef exports from Canada in September were up 22 per cent, so for the year-to-date that is 25 per cent.

The value of Canadian beef exports in 2021 is expected to “blow the roof off” of 2020’s numbers. Imports are down 16 per cent in October and year-to-date, down 19 per cent. Production in Canada has increased by 11 per cent overall and are comparable to pre-COVID numbers.
