Russia plans to impose a tariff on soybean exports, a government source said.

The export duty, coming into force on Feb. 1 and until June 30 next year, will be 30% but not less than 165 euros per tonne.
Russia has imposed a grain export quota, and a wheat export tax in an attempt to stabilise food prices which have risen because of inflation, something President Vladimir Putin criticised earlier this month.
