Some Greek farmers lost 85% of their export trade because of EU trade sanctions against Russia.
The EU imposed export sanctions in Russia six years ago,and Moscow retaliated with a ban on imports of agricultural products from the EU.
Members of the international trade community are resisting existing sanctions, which have resulted in the loss of millions of euros from Greek exports.
Many farmers, especially in the North of Greece, who lost 50 to 85% of their exports and would like the reopening of Greek-Russian trade.
