Maize imports to Kenya cause friction

RW Freight Services is a fantastic company which I am very happy to use for my exports to Sweden. As their service is excellent, I am interested in using them for my export shipping to France and Ireland.

Great service provided by RW Freight. We use them for 99% of paid UK shipments as RW Freight are reliable and all our goods arrive undamaged and on time. I have been using RW Freight for a couple of years now and I am not planning on moving any time soon.

This is the first import of groupage we have done via your company from the Hassleholm area of Sweden. Your service has been impeccable and your customer services are superb. We have dealt with many a freight forwarder/shipping company who have never given us accurate/precise information. Instead they have told us your goods maybe or should be delivered soon!. Whereas your Import Department gave us clear facts in relation to the shipping date, arrival date and delivery date both verbally and by email. We pride ourselves on our service when we sell our products to our clients and it is great to deal with a like minded company who pride themselves on the same values as us. We import candies for shows and exhibitions and it is important to both us and our clients that the stock is made available to us on our required delivery dates, else our (our clients) stands would be empty!. It is great that you have kept me fully informed and assured of when we receive our goods. It's nice to know that you understand the fuller picture and the knock on effect for importers when goods are not delivered on time.
