The Customs Authority of China has lifted the suspension on imports of Tesla’s Model 3.
“We can confirm that the warning notice on Tesla has been canceled,” said an official, from the Customs Service.
China import authorities stopped clearing Tesla Model 3 imports last week, because they did not have the required Chinese language warning signs and had missing or incorrect nameplate labels.
Tesla shares fell more than 5 percent when news of its imports being suspended first broke.
Tesla currently imports all the cars sold in China, but is building a factory in Shanghai to manufacture Model 3 cars in the initial phase.
