Merchandise exports from Denmark declined further in August, while imports grew, figures from Statistics Denmark showed at the beginning of October.
Exports excluding ships, aircraft and fuel, fell by 1.9 percent year-on-year following a 1.8 percent fall in July. Imports increased by 1 percent after a 1.1 percent decrease in the previous month.
Exports grew 4.1 percent sequentially in the three months to August.
