The U.S.A International Trade Commission said that producers in the USA have been injured by imports of a certain pipe component from China. This finding justifies the government’s duties on imports from China, whilst exempting drain imports from those duties.
The ITC announced that Chinese imports of cast-iron soil pipe fittings — which were included in the government’s latest round of import tariffs on Chinese goods — are damaging the domestic pipe industry.
