A Suffolk based freight handling and warehousing company has been fined £50 000 for a series of safety breaches. A forklift truck toppled due to an unrepaired pothole, shed its load onto a driver and broke his spine. The freight yard surface was pitted with holes and employes had complained about this over a significant period.
