Two merchant shipping companies in Saudi Arabia are to combine, to make the fourth largest owner of VLCCs globally.
It is hoped that the company will serve as a national champion that will promote the development of a thriving national shipping industry that creates jobs and other long-term opportunities for the kingdom.
