The freight cargo ship Carrier, which went aground off the Welsh coast on 4 April, will be cut up on site.  All the fuel has been successfully removed, and the Maritime and Coastguard Agency says that fuel oil, oily water and other hazardous materials have all been taken away.  There is therefore likely to be minimal environmental impact.
