A recent report suggests that the region is likely to increase the number of freight planes based there by 4.4 per cent per year for the next ten years.  The majority of the freight planes will go to the UAE, with Saudi Arabia and Qatar also receiving a large amount.  The Middle East is expected to own 4 per cent of the global jet freighter market over the next decade.
