The European Regional Development Fund is increasing its funding to Haven Gateway to enable it to extend its ‘Low Carbon Freight Dividend’ to coastal and shortsea shipping. The ‘Dividend’ offers up to 30% reduction to eligible SMEs which moves freight from road to rail or water.
