The Freight Transport Association’s latest quarterly report shows that grown remained weak in the second quarter of 2012. The report found that growth coincided with fewer road freight operators declaring insolvency. There was little growth in road freight activity reported by respondents outside the South East, although the outlook for the next quarter was more optimistic.
