Whereas your Import Department gave us clear facts in relation to the shipping date, arrival date and delivery date both verbally and by email. We pride ourselves on our service when we sell our products to our clients and it is great to deal with a like minded company who pride themselves on the same values as us. We import candies for shows and exhibitions and it is important to both us and our clients that the stock is made available to us on our required delivery dates, else our (our clients) stands would be empty!. It is great that you have kept me fully informed and assured of when we receive our goods. It's nice to know that you understand the fuller picture and the knock on effect for importers when goods are not delivered on time. The standard of your service is very good, you mainly carry our exports to Sweden and the most important thing to us is that our clients do not complain.
