Ukraine increased the volume of honey exports up to May this year by 20.2% compared to the same period last year.
“Ukraine is one of the largest honey exporters in the world … For five months of this year, Ukraine increased its export volume by 20.2% compared to the same period of last year and sold it for USD 40.7 million to 27 countries,” the Export Ministry reported.
The largest importers of Ukrainian honey are the European Union, the USA, Turkey and Israel.
