Heavy snowfalls in Sweden have disrupted rail services and prevented commuters from getting to work in Stockholm.  Freight and logisistics companies have criticised the rail operators for being unable to keep the lines open – the army has now been called in to clear the worst hit areas in eastern and central Sweden.  Heavy snow is being cleared from Hallsberg, Naessjo and Norrkoeping areas, but difficulties are expected for the rest of the week.
