Staff at a freight forwarding company in Texas identified a package which they said matched the profiles in their security protocols for identifying suspicious parcels. They called the police, and the shipper is now being investigated for attempting to ship a chemical which could be used for making an improvised device. The FBI entered his apartment and found other chemicals which could be used in this way, together with a list of targets in the USA.
