The British International Freight Association (BIFA) has appointed Denise Hill as member engagement director in order to enhance engagement with its members.
Denise will oversee and develop the freight association’s interaction with its membership with regard to the services it provides and how they are delivered.
For much of the past decade, Denise has worked for a major multinational logistics and freight company and was involved in Customs brokerage account management and related activities.
Most recently, she set up and implemented a new team to manage Brexit-related Customs activities for the company.
