Generally exports of fish from Norway were stable during 2020, but cold water shrimp and white fish exports were reduced. There was a 4% volume decrease in cod exports, while saithe and haddock exports also fell.

There was a significant reduction in exports to Brazil, and Portugal also saw a fall.

There was a strong demand for clipfish during the Corona crisis, and exports to the Dominican Republic from Norway reached record levels.
