An increasing number of Thai orchids will soon be exported to mainland China after the Thai Orchid Exporter Association agreed to collaborate with an online auction platform, to promote exports of the flowers through e-commerce.
At first the Thai Orchid Exporter Association and e-commerce platform will focus on promoting eports of Thai orchids to small businesses, including online and offline florists, wedding planners, conference organisers and restaurants in China. Individual consumers will also be able to purchase them from the beginning.
