Helsingborg is one of the new ports of call on the Scan-Baltic shipping service which links Teesport, Thamesport, Helsinborg and Gdynia to Iberia.  The freight from Scandinavia and the Baltic trans-ships at Thamesport for delivery to Lisbon and Leixoes, Portugal. Much of the freight using this service is fresh produce imports.
