Ocean shipping lines are hoping that the traditional July-October cargo rush will take place this year, having failed to materialise in 2012.  Freight rates were forced down in the face of weak demand and excess capacity.Optimism may be displaced as 47 new freight container ships are expected to be delivered this year, most of them intended for the Asia Europe trade.
