As shipping lines in Asia cope with lower demand and higher costs, small freight forwarders in Vietnam are going out of business.  The largest freight company in the country is expecting this to enable a rise in local cargo rates as competition for traffic becomes less intense. The General Director of the company says that the market will be better when the weaker companies have failed.
