So, unlike many shipping companies, we offer a choice of two ways for regular customers to track cargo when you choose us as your freight company.
Event Manager Freight Transport Updates
If you prefer to receive (or have your customer sent) an email you can ask to receive our Event Manager automatic Freight Transport Updates. These will update you on the progress of the freight services by email.

Or if you prefer, you can track the freight services by using WebTrack, an online system you can check yourself whenever you like. Customers can request to use WebTrack before making make an international freight booking with us and we will give you a log-in ID and password. You can either read the results on screen or WebTrack can output a CSV file which loads directly into Microsoft Excel on your own PC or laptop.
