Non Vehicle Owning Carriers (NVOCs) consolidate small shipments into full container loads, thus providing a service to shippers with LCL cargo. The term NVOC’s is used in Ocean Freight and in the USA is usually described as a NVOCC (Non Vehicle Owning Common Carrier)
