Customs Duty is charged by H M Revenue and Customs (HMRC) on goods imported into the European Union (EU). It is based on the value and type of the imported goods. Other charges, like Anti-Dumping Duty (ADD), Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), Excise Duty and Import VAT may also apply.
