CMR (Convention Marchandises Routiers) the Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road – incorporated into UK law by the Carriage of Goods by Road Act 1965. It applies to all contracts of carriage of goods by road between two countries where at least one country is a signatory to the convention.
