On May 21, The Freight Transport Assocation will stage its annual ‘Cutting Carbon, Cutting Costs’ Conference. The conference will honour the freight sector’s effort to cut carbon emissions. This event, held at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, will also incorporate the 2014 LCRS Awards, designed to celebrate green leaders in the freight industry.

The event is the sixth Carbon Conference and will be an interactive way to learn more about carbon reduction for freight operators, with a range of workshops to suit their fleets and businesses.The conference will provide delegates from the freight, logistics and haulage industries with tactics to improve efficiency, reduce carbon emissions and ultimately lower fuel costs.
