The Commerce Secretary of India recently visited Norway to facilitate the implementation of the Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA).

The main objective of this visit was to open up the substantial market in European Free Trade Association (EFTA) countries for Indian exports, encompassing both goods and services. By establishing a strong partnership with Norway and other EFTA nations, India aims to enhance its trade relations and create new opportunities for businesses to expand their reach in the European market. The successful implementation of TEPA is expected to significantly boost India’s export potential and strengthen its position in the global trade landscape.
