BIFA has named its new National Chairman, Carson McMullan, who has been Vice Chairman for the past two years. The Association also has a new Vice Chairman, Fred Osborn, who was previously Chair of BIFA’s Air Policy Group. Peter Quantrill, the Director General, expressed his appreciation of the out-going Chairman, Steve Parker.
